Exercising to Stay Healthy at PBELC!

This month we have been talking a lot about how to stretch and exercise so our body stays healthy! In the morning we do a few stretches to make sure our bodies are ready for the day. We have a large backyard for children to run and get those muscles moving. We have a balance beam thats on a soft padded area that children can walk on. We have so much fun getting our exercise everyday here at PBELC!
